About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist passengers during boarding and alighting from the vehicle.
• Ensure passenger safety and comfort throughout the journey.
• Communicate effectively with the driver and passengers, addressing any concerns promptly.
• Maintain a calm and professional demeanor, especially in challenging situations.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding guidelines and company policies.

Requirements:

• Availability to work split shifts (Monday to Friday during term time).
• Enhanced DBS check (mandatory).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A caring and responsible attitude.
• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
